FIRST IMPRESSION: YURAGI-SOU NO YUUNA-SAN

Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san is an ecchi , harem , romance anime from studio Xebec. It follows a homeless high-schooler Kogarashi who has an ability to exorcise ghosts , he finds a very cheap Inn to live , the only downside is that the inn is haunted , but considering the fact that the ghost is  as sexy as the other female tenants of the inn , I'd say at the end of the day it's an upside.

Before I start of ,  when I watched the first episode , there was no uncensored version available , I don't know if there is one now but if it isn't and you guys don't want to wait , I highly recommend the manga as it is one of the best echhi manga I have read to date. And just for the record the manga might be too echhi for some , so just keep that in mind.

Now , let's talk about the anime , the first episode was pretty good , the echhi scenes were well done , voice acting was decent , comedy was nicely executed and there were also a couple of heartfelt moments . So overall it was a very enjoyable and well rounded up episode . But as is the case with any echhi anime , the character design is where it shines the most . The show has everything , a sexy ghost , a milf , a loli and even a tsundere , so there is something for everyone to enjoy and if you are someone like me who was not able to get into highschool dxd then this might prove to be the alternative for you.

So yeah , I recommend everyone to give this a watch and I am also hoping that the uncensored version is out soon. Well , I was gonna leave you guys with a pretty good clip from the first episode , but I don't want to violate any policies so I would say it would be safer for you to check  out the first episode yourselves.

Thank you everyone for reading , follow me on twitter @allaboutanimee for regular anime and manga recommendations , share the blog if possible and have a nice day.

The following image taken from the webtoon "sweet home" will probably make it clear. A digitally drawn page from sweet home  So now that everyone has a basic understanding of what webtoons are , let's start talking about sweet home. Sweet home is a horror/thriller webtoon from Youngchan Hwang and Carn...

MANGAKA SPOTLIGHT #1: TAISHI TSUTSUI

Today we will be taking a look at all the manga that Taishi Tsutsui has worked on , I will be talking about each one of them and comparing them as to showcase the journey that the mangaka has been through for the past decade. We will be starting with his first ever manga , Esprit. Esprit is a fantasy , action manga from Taishi Tsutsui , it is set in a world where numerous islands are called "homes" and people of a particular home have little to no knowledge about other homes. These homes are discovered and are kept in check by the agents of the "ocean affairs agency" , from here on I will be referring to these agents as OA agents (ocean affairs agents). These OA agents have certain powers called jinxes which stem from a person's faith. For example ,  if I believe with all my heart that I can cause weather changes then I will gain that power or jinx. The story follows an apprentice OA agent Mio and her friends' adventures , as they explore these hom...

ANIME REVIEW: GAKKOU GURASHI

Gakkou Gurashi is a slice of life, horror anime from studio Lerche and is based off of a manga with the same name. It follows four highschool girls Yuki, Miki, Kurumi, and Yuuri who along with their teacher, Sakura, are members of the School Living club which, as the name suggests, is a club whose members live in the school and are not allowed to leave the school grounds. Yuki absolutely loves the school and the club but is unaware of the harsh reality behind its creation. So, slice of life and horror, these are two genres which are pretty difficult to combine and thus tend to result in disappointments but at the same time, if executed well, can make a show highly entertaining. Thankfully in this case the genres are combined pretty well, the plot is unique and no matter how ridiculous it may seem at first glance, it works. The plot develops into a really enjoyable and immersive story, the slick animations and pleasant background score ensure a good time for the viewers. But th...
